The gaze of your eyes is yet another inch closer

 

心动便趁虚落地生根
xīn dòng biàn chèn xū luò dì shēng gēn
sum dong bian chun hui lork day sang gun
The heart is stirring, tempted to seize the opportunity and settle permanently

"lay down roots" is technically the closer translation to "settle permanently". 
(literally, the phrase is "fall on ground, grow roots")
Anecdotally, the first character in this phrase is "fall".  So is it:  
"The heart is stirring, tempted to take advantage [of the fall] and lay down roots"?  lol. 
Slightly inappropriate perhaps, yet undeniably relevant.
